Various areas with the $167 and obvious FBI traffic on the outputs 
Yup $169 is NAT Tac 1 for ICE
AZ as part of IWN was $201
San Diego reported $250
Hillsboro Cnty FLA was $293
ICE in Rhode Island is $301
Chicago this was a possible input to the FIO's using $653
ND/MN reported a $691
and IA with $791

I had a couple of encrypted hits on 163.7 NAC 164 in Houston one morning
this week on my HP1.  I previously identified 163.7 NAC 167 as the input to
the FBI repeater on 173.1 NAC 167.  The 173.1 repeater was in use later the
same morning.  It's not clear if NAC 164 is a new NAC for the input or
something else.  (Also note 163.7 NAC 169 is ICE National Tactical 1.)
