[FedCom] CBP Lake Erie

I am trying to figure if there are some IRS users on the CBP 680 Buffalo
Sector Customs systems or if I am hearing other units in Erie PA, Cleveland
OH, or maybe Detroit. I am about 5 miles from Lake Erie just south of
Buffalo and sometimes during the typical inversion times I get hits on
163.625 - 680 CBP channel with a NAC of 100. I have read that a NAC of 100
is usually IRS but am wondering if that is a NAC used by CBP somewhere else
along the lake that I may be hearing.
