[FedCom] fedcom in the philadelphia area today

Not sure then how/why your radio is rounding off to 173.9400 when the actual
freq is 173.9375

 

Yes the Pro 96 does P25

Sounds like you have an older radio that rounds up.

What you are hearing is likely P25, you would want to upgrade your scanner
if you plan to listen to any P25 traffic.
