A couple weeks ago they converted the analog NET 2 repeater 
(169.45/171.075 PL 100.0) in Wichita Falls, TX to D-NET 202 172.0625 NAC 
301 unknown input.

A little while before they announced the repeater going down there were 
some encrypted mobiles on 165.2375 NAC 301 simplex and later after the 
new repeater was up and running there were some more encrypted mobiles 
on 167.8875 NAC 301 simplex. 167.8875 is not the input to the new 
repeater. I don't know if those were the communications techs or 
something unrelated.
