[FedCom] Data burst on CBP frequencies

No ID, sorry, info came from a friend who had moved there for a short-time
and no other Freq's to compare with $050 either

For all we know his monitoring could have been a band opening, as he did get
MO-SWIN from time-to-time.

However, since 165.0875 has been known to be a Military allocation, any
Units near you known as the 50th ??
I've seen Units uses the NAC to reflect the unit info.

I have heard these in the Kansas City area for a couple of years on
165.0875, but I don't know the agency. Occasionally there are longer bursts
but no digital decode. I sort of figured they are automatic vehicle
location transmissions.
