hi, I believe that they do in Detroit but I'm not hundred percent.

I also have picked up a couple of control channels on the UHF federal band
from here in Rochester. Anybody know who that might be? I don't think that
we have any federal prisons or anything like that Newross not want an
inversion range I wouldn't think.
