[FedCom] USCG Buffalo NY

Today on the local Coast Guard frequency for Buffalo NY, 173.5375 N293 I
heard a helicopter calling into to Sector Buffalo and they referred to the
above channel as Alpa Gulf 113.

I did update the radioreference wiki with the information but was with
wondering if anyone has heard any more of these Alpha Gulf channels. They
seem to be different frequencies than their stand LANT channels.
