[FedCom] Federal activity

Along time ago I used to have a pretty comprehensive list of IRS frequencies. However, I have never heard any activity on any of those frequencies. I just a little bit of searching the radio right now and haven't heard anything. What kinds of things are people hearing on frequencies that are being used by the IRS?
