[FedCom] Voodoo 92

I'm trying to identify the aircraft callsign "Voodoo 92" which I've
heard recently in Houston.  This aircraft has been heard calling the
ANG Command Post at Ellington Airport on 288.5 and requesting a radio
check on the CBP's VHF frequency of 136.375.  Most notably it has been
supporting DEA surveillance in Houston recently.

I also heard the Voodoo callsign used back in 2012 on 288.5 by "Voodoo
71" advising of his departure from Ellington.
