UAVs use regular ATC frequencies. Generally you can't fly a UAV unless
the airspace is designated for such flights or you have a chase plane.
If you hang out at the General Atomics facility in the Mojave desert,
you will see Predators with a Cessna chase aircraft. That is because
the airspace is not designated for UAV flight.

The only exception to this that I have seen are the Global Hawk
flights, which as far as I can tell don't require chase aircraft. They
use a HAWK callsign and have mode-s.

You can try fr24.com. They have their own dedicated mode-s receiver
network, but they do censor the tracking.
