I've seen some activity on the NTIA federal/non-federal
interoperability channels in the Houston area.  Here is what I've
logged.

170.6875 [167.9] simplex (NTIA Incident Response 8), Omaha (CBP)
aircraft doing surveillance for ground units in March 2014
410.2375 [167.9] unsure if repeater or simplex (NTIA Incident Response
National Calling or Operations 15), key-ups and open mics back in 2012
414.0375 [167.9] possibly simplex (NTIA LE B), radio tests in February 2014
