a.) keys do get lost
b.) OTAR sometimes does not work
c.) Someone in the group never learned "O" vs "0"   :)

Send some openings up to Western New York! We haven't had any yet this year.
As for the federal frequency of been monitoring it still just encrypted
stuff.
