[FedCom] Voodoo 92

A combination of coincidental circumstantial evidence (DEA
surveillance, Mode S transponder hits and mil air) leads me to believe
that the "Voodoo" aircraft are Air National Guard RC-26B aircraft
(designated for drug interdiction in support of various three letter
agencies). Specifically, I believe tail 94-0261 was identifying as
"Voodoo 92" and operating in Houston recently.
