Still normal, local only clear voice P25 traffic on 410.8 in Dallas/Fort Worth.

encrypted with a few exceptions that were a surprise with agents

Subject: [FedCom] FPS 410.8 Houston
This afternoon FPS Denver dispatch was "beta testing" a patch of
the
Houston, New Orleans, Albuquerque and El Paso channels together
on
410.8 in Houston. The dispatcher advised units that the channels
would be patched and they would be hearing the other non-local
units,
which was the case for this afternoon at least. It will be
interesting to see if this continues.
