[FedCom] weekly radio checks

 Hello al, I was just wondering is the weekly radio checks like what happens in New York City on 167.7875 at the same time for other areas?  Per a post a while back I guess that in New York the weekly radio checks happen each Wednesday at 10:00.  I am still trying to find some federal coms here in Rochester, NY that aren't encrypted, but haven't had much luck.
