[FedCom] Federal Courts

Raleigh NC - Spent over 2 hours hanging out at the federal courthouse
today. Heard traffic on FPS (there was an FPS vehicle out front but doubt
they were there) and the output for the fed Court freq, but couldn't find
an input.
