Yes, I'm pretty sure others would like to know the FBI 2 Meter
repeater frequency in Philly. I don't know it; an FBI tech friend
who's always been straight with me told me about it. And I'm sure
the FBI techs who set it up don't want it listed in any common
amateur reference guides, as that might get some hams whining about it.
Like I said, it seldom gets traffic and was basically setup for fun
by some FBI techs who are hams and use it for encrypted
traffic. They don't want other users on it. I doubt they have any
concerns about the FCC. And I doubt the FCC would want to
investigate, especially if nobody complains (see Sentence #3).
Just because "none of the common Amateur reference guides show a P25
2m Repeater in the area" doesn't mean there isn't one. Btw there's a
P25 70cm repeater set up by another gov't tech in NJ a mile from
Philly in Camden on 442.150, but that's off-topic because it's not
used for Federal Comms.
