It's my understanding that Philly FBI 2M repeater
was setup late last year, and that it's seldom
used. It's also my understanding that it's
collocated at 600 Arch Street where several other
federal agencies have repeaters. Non-FBI hams
can waste their time spinning their wheels about
it all they want to no effect. It's a non-issue
for the FCC, because it's a federal agency.
