going on and definitely some discussion traffic on various groups."

I suspect a dead-end of a curiosity.  They aren't the primary user of 
the band, and those that are, aren't controlled by the same agency.  
It'd be along the lines of, "We hear something, and found the general 
area!"  Response from those they complained to, who aren't in control: 
(silence).  It's about as affective taking a vacation to Finland, and 
calling a cop in Nova Scotia to complain that a Chinese guy in Mexico 
didn't put enough pickles in your smoothie, three years ago.
