Hey Jeff, you would think everything would be encrypted but it's not. In
fact, I had to lock out a couple of in-the-clear security groups. The
encrypted radios are probably not cheap to purchase\operate\maintain so
they most likely only encrypt what they deem extremely necessary. (just
guessing here)
All the Lawrence Livermore frequency info is up on Radio Reference...it
just hasn't been updated since 2018:
