[FedCom] Federal prisons and detention centers

Thanks Storm, I don’t live near any federal prisons at this time, but corrections being one of my monitoring interests is one thing that I like to monitor.  I don’t know much about Milan, and former Detroit Maire Kilpatrick was in there for a while.  Not sure if there were any more famous people there since then, and like I said the one time I got to monitor them up close it was around 10:00 on a Sunday morning.
