Here's my final World Series parade rundown. Notably there is a pattern
established over several years of certain FBI and ICE activity related to
large crowd events (Super Bowl, World Series, Houston Marathon, etc.) which
extended to the parade.
Also of note is 163.1 NAC 293 which consistently shows up the day before a
major sports event starts and again the day after the event ends. This freq
is encrypted these days but in the past it appeared to be a convoy and
referenced "the radar." It showed up before the World Series and again
today.
