[FedCom] FCC lookup

I have not been able to get to most of the FCC databases since late last 
year.

My impression is that the data is provided by some clusterf--k of a 
third party that can't keep their crap running.

I need to look up FCC ID#'s and licensing info weekly, and generally can't.
