Gotcha.  I only use google to find the random FCC URL of the week.  I 
always goes directly to the FCC to look things up.  My issue is the FCC 
system itself had been FUBAR since some time last year.  Not a 
complaint, just an observation of how mostly useless they are, with no 
improvement as of a few nights ago.
