Not in my area, RF regularly found, especially the normal Thur AM roundups or Friday City Councilor arrests in Boston

INS had that issue years ago when they relied on Nextel to much, learned hard when an Agent left for VAC and never shut off the phone...
They thought he was covering the back door.. as the suspect ran away./out....

Hence the Wide-Area/Vote Scan networks ICE has built out and use daily between ERO and HSI.


Bet if more folks took the time to use that unique button every scanner has more would be found, then hopefully shared.
