I don't save all the messages, only the interesting ones, and, so far,

Can't complain.  Been a member since ~1997, glad to see it still 
running!  Less activity?  Sure.  One monitoring forum changed hosts, and 
dropped from ~30,000 to ~4,000.  Something is better than nothing, and 
nothing is terrible.
