[FedCom] DEA - UHF or VHF in your area

Houston DEA is on the "new" UHF 11-channel P25 plan but they are not used
often. You can consult the list on RR under Harris County, TX Federal. They
are often heard air-to-air on 136.275 when multiple aircraft are up. The
aircraft used 171.5875 NAC 283 (not a typo) for air-to-air/air-to-base in
the past but I haven't heard that since 2017.
