How was the band opening yesterday ???

167.8500 points me toward DoE, but nothing down your way, nearest is Albany
area, but not that NAC

$146 points me to ICE (for US) but outwest in California, I ask about the
VHF band, as $146 is also a common Canadian NAC for Montreal - RENIR along
with other $14x NACs
