Just thinking out loud but if the 337 RID was in a sequence with 33726xx - it may have been an aircraft

RID 337xxxx is the New York FBI Field Office RID sequence

I am sure someone else has a better idea on the actual frequency / designator assignment for that one.   I have nothing in my notes.
