[FedCom] Apology

I would like to apologize to the list for a recent series of exchanges with one of the members of this listserv.
The person was seeking help and I jumped in. In the end, it appears he took it off the listserv and lobbed profanities at me in several rounds. This was quite unsettling.
If any of that came across, I apologize. I remained accommodating, even with the words being lobbed at me. 
I appreciate all the members of this listserv who share information, but as we all know, this isn't a place for someone to come in here and ask for a data dump because of the nature of what we discuss. We all learn by monitoring and on-air always is better than an old list. Right?
