[FedCom] is there still life here ??

One thing I think about the low message rate here is after 9/11. People
were skittish about posting what they were hearing. Around here the only
federal/military I am hearing in the clear are the crane operator's
requests for the Technology Center on the Rock Island Arsenal. What's funny
is while the fire dispatch for the island is E on the Arsenal TRS. The
crosspatch is in the clear on the regional TRS. The Fireground on both the
TRS for the Arsenal and regional is in the clear though. The Arsenal does a
lot of mutual aid for FIRE/EMS for the surrounding area.
