I usually cpy ICE from CT. on this freq. but today had N167 RID 341 (Philly) mostly cpy them on 173.500...also most may know this? but some may not? The Statue of Liberty is now using NE01, NE02, and N4F9 (Ellis is.) I have 169.650 NE01 169.9875 4F9 173.7625 NE02 I have copied 169.9875 in clr sometimes...the rest P25 enc. 73,s Marcy
