[FedCom] 406.200 FPS ...NAC 611?

Odd to see 611 when FPS is already using 201 and 270 in the NYC Metro area

The only 611 many of us have had is VHF for the USSS during Special Events
(NSSE type)
It would be rather odd, based on the VHF infrastructure that is in place for
the USSS to jump on someone else's Network...
