172.4250 in NYC has routinely been $167 for the Bank Squad (C6 Group)
repeater

Double check the NAC (turn off/on the radio - might have been a false hit)

The only $2A3 I've seen was in a different FED/MIL band for a Naval
(Floating) trunk
