Any PL/DPL caught ?

Only thing around the Northeast, (as Bob pointed out) was the Analog input
to the New Haven VA, now moved to P25 (last logged Circa 1995)
And nothing for the NTIA FOIA for the Northeast

Which Radio ?  
I know I've gotten images from the 156 band (forget, which scanner this was
on, might have been the GRE600)
