Keep in-mind, unlike the FCC which requires either Verbal Radio ID ( which
many never even do) or the Repeater with a Morse (some do, some don't) that
there is ZERO Federal requirement for that, so if/when someone finds one, it
is rare

162.7500 $167 is the input to a group of wide-area NJ Repeaters and the 334
RID confirms NJ as well.  

167.7500 $68F is either (NIFOG) LE7 Simplex or LE3 Repeater
Any idea of locations ?

Both Brockton MA and Baltimore MD use LE3 as part of the DOJ 25 Cities FIOs
(nearest to you)
