Bob and Marcie,
this was listed for years, but never ever confirmed for Sub Base New London for the Fire Dept (found the Fire - elsewhere)
and as Bob indicated New London is a UHF P25 trunk now.
However that freq was also found (last validated 2012) as CT Air National Guard Fire at Windsor Locks
Alto they have, in more recent years been found on 167.3750 R $103 (input unknown)
