Last Thursday or so Jan 29th, I caught the the 165.7625 CSQ for abut 10 seconds - loud tone- was also watching
ADS-B and there was a CG Falcon in the area of Joint Base Cape Cod. Many years ago it was continuously active
all around the Base. But this was the first time I've heard it in a long time

Rather interesting as I’ve had that on while in Chicago as CBP $301 for DNET-11

Never caught Telemetry on my flights thru both airports.

Thanks

Yes, 165.7625 is telemetry, I didn't know from what, but it is heard at many airports around. Ohare for one.
Layovers give me good listening time.

Bob, generally 165.7625 is the FAA and has been used at other airports for Telemetry dealing with Runway Lighting.

I had (for CT) this back in 2010 at Windsor Locks and the 2021 NTIA FOIA also listed this for Bridgeport.

I hear 163.3 $293 100% encr. Never heard a clear QSO so they must be programmed strapped. No clue who it can be.

I did find something new lately. That constant tone on 165.7625 comes from a transmitter right near Tweed NH Airport. I got a close call hit on it recently when I was down there. I can see the airport from my living room in Milford and can hardly hear it from home. So it must be 1 or 2 watts at most.
