Analog with No PL/CSQ or what PL/DPL ???

My only hits in New England had been images from 156.3750
And No notes for your area of reception as 

VA in CT has gone to different freq and P25
NY - Finger lakes maybe too far for your as USFS in Lodi

Most (not all) NTIA assignments for this are Forestry (USMS, BLM and USFWS)

And apologies, I know it is Marcy but was rushing to type and copied from
