Yes there are Many VA’s (separated by geography) who are authorized (thru the NTIA) for that same frequency.

 

For 411.0125 in the Northeast that would be both West Haven and Newington and the Bronx

Hmmm now I'm confused, unless it is a shared freq.

I get them here with a dummy load on the radio.

And I hear the simulcast on the main channel occasionally.
