So I,m kinda sure this is some sort of fteq. they use at certain times
at Brookhaven National Lab for Fire/EMS ? 

I mentioned it way back on RR (before I was banned) it was on yesterday few
times and they actually
mentioned BNL...also the Ridge FD which the lab borders,,,total guess

like a BNL interop Fire /EMS with local depts. ?? have no clue
