Had N653 here today 167.0375 but  missed RID, never came back
Odd NAC, as this is USSS but historically ALWAYS $001
Depending on the Scanner/Software, I've seen/noticed sometimes the NAC
falses, based on another prior reception 
(I call it latency, where the scanner/software doesn't refresh fast enough,
generally validated by sitting on the freq for more time - vs a One Hit
Wonder)

Not sure abt the following but thats what came out:!
417.15000   DCS:654 - Image from something local (450-512)
172.40000   N4F7  P25e - bears more monitoring - Any RID's ?    the only
$4F7 I have is part of the NY/NJ USMS Trunked system - Sys 4F0
Altho 172.4000 has not been reported for this system  >

As to the possible images, what type of traffic are you hearing, would help
