There are a whole bunch of these "watering holes" across the HF band. If you
run any kind of signal analysis on them they'll initially look like 850Hz
shift, 75 Baud synchronous RTTY. They're quite well known to the digital ute
fraternity.
They're military, often tagged as NATO and they're encrypted. Don't have the
particular system designators to hand right now.
