[GreenKeys] Model 19 character spacing

On the left of the carriage is an adjustable "stud" that operates the
carriage return lock lever. When the lever operates, it re-engages the
clutch that drives the carriage spacing. (I'm doing this from memory as
the teletype is home) When the carriage is released, it should rest
against the fully operated lever. The problem is that if the stud is
extended too far it may lock the clutch before the carriage gets to it's
most left position. Considering the first two columns: extending the stud
will eventually allow the carriage to rest cleanly at the second column.
Shortening the stud will cause it to rest cleanly at the first column.
Make sure the dashpot is doing its thing. Holding the carriage release in
and letting the carriage go from its far right position note that it comes
to a clean quick stop without bouncing.
