WWW.RTTY.COM has a significant amount of info on the model 15 in the
Kretzman Technical Library.

There is a good description of the machine under the Model 15 heading,
and, there are fourteen pages devoted to the model 15 and auxiliaries in
the Critical Adjustments Heading.

The idea of having all of the various teletype tech manuals online is
good, but, the amount of space required to store it all is considerable.
The Booklet "The Teletype Story" takes about 80 megs as I recall, and that
is only about forty pages.

Also, Adobe .pdf format is nice in that it will print out the same on all
computers, but is also a space hog.

Just some thoughts...
