[GreenKeys] Tuning Unit

I have a really nice looking Tuning Unit driving my model 28.  It is an =
IRL-FSK-500 made by IRL in Wisconsin. =20

Does anyone recognize this unit and if so, would you have a manual for =
it ?=20

It works on LOOP and serial Mark/Space but I can not get AFSK out of it. =
 Lots of internal patching. On the back, it has Key and T/R.  Don't know =
if that means input or output.  Any help would be appreciated.
