[GreenKeys] Model 32, 33, and 38 print hammers

Hi,

The print hammer seems to be the most wanted part on a 33. As far as I can
see pretty much *everybody* running these machines could use one or more.
State of the art at the moment seems to be artistic globs of RTV.

I have no idea what something like this would cost to set up so who knows if
it makes any sense.

Then maybe we can set somebody up to make repo plastic cases :)
