[GreenKeys] greenkeys mailer (was mailman noise)

Hi folks:

I agree with Ray that the mailer links and sundry stuff would be better off
at the end of the email.  But even with a tweak here and there, the new
mailer seems to be functioning just fine.

While discussing the greenkeys mailer, there is another difference you may
have noticed:  when you reply to a greenkeys post, it goes to the whole
list now.

The old greenkeys mailer had the "Reply-To" field set to the original
sender, and you had to manually add greenkeys to your reply.  But if you
look at the Reply-To field now, you'll see that the new mailer has it set
to greenkeys.  

I thought at first that I might like it better this way, but now I kinda
like the older scheme better -- it is now more work to only reply to the
original sender.  Anyone else?
