[GreenKeys] Model 28 Reperf

I have a Model 28 Receive-only-non-typing reperforator (chad tape) that
appears to be in almost new condition. It still has the Teletype envelope
inside. The cover is clean, but has a few scratches from being moved around
a lot (by me) from house, to house, to house...
It has 60 WPM gears, which was odd, and is a fully-punched tape machine with
a chad chute. I simplified the wiring and hooked it up on my test loop to
find that the #5 pinch pin is broken.  No wonder the machine wasn't ever
used!
I checked my Teletype manual and they advise me to contact them since the
puchblock isn't usually field repairable. Unfortunately, it's about 25+
years too late to call them. So, I need either a 159656 (chadless) or 170778
(chad) punchblock. Or, a junker LRPE perf.
I couldn't find a part number for the pin.
I was going to offer this machine to to anyone on Greenkeys who would pay
the shipping, but I won't
do that until (and if) I can fix it.
