The 182630 selector magnet driver board has always had that "burnt up" look. Another one of Teletype's less-thatn-state-of-the-art products. You also probably need to check the electrolytic cap on the chassis near the board...if it goes bad (and they do) it will not allow the machine to print at all, no matter where the signal comes from. You have AC on the magnets instead of DC!!! Jack WA2HWJ
